User data deletion

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram Page to AdPulse Nexus and want that connection and related data removed, do one of the following:

1. Sign in to AdPulse Nexus → Content Queue → Disconnect next to the Page.
2. Email help@adpulsenexus.com from the account you used to connect. Include the Page name. We will delete the stored Page token and queued posts for that connection within 30 days.

We store Page access tokens and scheduled post content only to publish on your behalf. We do not sell this data. After deletion it is removed from our database and is no longer used.

You can also remove AdPulse Nexus DM from Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → AdPulse Nexus DM → Remove.
