Terms of Service

Welcome to AdPulse Nexus. AdPulse Nexus is a trade name of Adpulse Nexus Digital Marketing Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act with its registered office in Ontario, Canada (“AdPulse Nexus”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Adpulse Nexus Digital Marketing Ltd. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be 16 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Description of Service

AdPulse Nexus provides AI-powered marketing tools including SEO audits, content generation, CRM, KPI analytics, funding-grant matching, an AI voice receptionist, and social publishing to platforms you connect (Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, and others).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (Meta, TikTok, Twilio, etc.).
• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disable, or circumvent security features.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written authorization.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided “as-is”. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before it is used or published. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI content.

5. Third-Party Platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform, you authorize AdPulse Nexus to publish content and read basic metrics on your behalf using OAuth. Those platforms’ own terms and policies continue to apply. AdPulse Nexus is not responsible for platform-side outages, bans, or policy changes.

6. Fees & Refunds

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed monthly in advance. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The AdPulse Nexus name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. Content you upload or generate through the service remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the security of the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting help@adpulsenexus.com.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADPULSE NEXUS DIGITAL MARKETING LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the dashboard.
