AdPulse Nexus is an ongoing marketing system with a funding desk built in. Here is exactly what we handle, what stays with you, and what we never promise.

- Write social post drafts each month and queue them for your approval.
- Set up GA4 reporting on your property and send KPI notes (Growth and up).
- Keep your CRM card, content calendar and optimization notes current in the portal.
- Recommend ad tests and budgets for Meta, Google or TikTok.
What you do
- Review and approve every draft before it is published.
- Give us access to your website, GA4 and social accounts (you keep ownership).
- Pay ad spend directly to the ad platforms. It is not part of the retainer.
- Tell us about offers, seasonality and anything we shouldn’t say.
- Make the final call on strategy and spend.
Funding desk

- Match your business to Ontario-first and federal programs from your questionnaire.
- Draft pre-applications to roughly 50% complete: structure, program fit and narrative.
- Flag missing info with a checklist (budget figures, eligibility proofs, dates, partner letters).
- Track every program from match to outcome in your portal.
- Keep a "tried" list so you aren’t shown the same programs twice.
What you do
- Verify every fact, figure and date in the draft.
- Supply financials and documents (incorporation, CRA business number, statements, quotes).
- Finish, sign and file the application with the funder on their official site.
- Own the relationship with the funder, including follow-ups and reporting.
- Record what you submitted and what the funder decided, so tracking stays accurate.

What we don’t do
- We don’t guarantee funding. Funders make their own decisions. A match, a draft or a confidence score is guidance, not a promise of approval.
- We don’t file on your behalf. You (or your bookkeeper or lawyer) sign and submit on the funder’s official site.
- We don’t publish without your OK. AI drafts are starting points, and you review them before they go live.
- We don’t give legal, tax or accounting advice. Final filings and decisions stay with you and your advisors.
- We don’t bundle ad spend or phone lines into the fee. Ad spend is billed by the platforms; the voice line is an add-on.
