This Privacy Policy applies to AdPulse Nexus, which is operated by Adpulse Nexus Digital Marketing Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act with its registered office in Ontario, Canada (“AdPulse Nexus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). AdPulse Nexus is a trade name of Adpulse Nexus Digital Marketing Ltd. We provide an AI-powered marketing platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, business email, company, phone number, and password (hashed) when you create an account or are added by an administrator.
  • Client CRM data: contact information you enter about your own clients, deal notes, campaign goals.
  • Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).
  • Analytics data: aggregated visitor metrics via Google Analytics 4 when you or your clients grant access to your GA4 property. We never receive personally identifiable analytics data.
  • Voice call data: transcripts and summaries of calls handled by the AI Voice Receptionist, when enabled. Recordings are handled by Vapi under their terms.
  • Social publishing data: OAuth access tokens and page/account identifiers for Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok when you connect those accounts. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
  • Uploaded media: images and videos you upload for social posts, and PDFs you generate for grant applications or SEO audits.

2. How We Use Information

  • To deliver the AdPulse Nexus dashboard, CRM, KPI, and content publishing features.
  • To generate AI content drafts (SEO audits, grant pre-applications, social posts) using third-party language models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
  • To publish content on your behalf to social platforms you have explicitly connected.
  • To send SMS alerts about missed calls to phone numbers you configure.
  • To secure your account, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy which governs their handling of data on our behalf:

  • Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) — AI content generation.
  • Google Analytics — anonymized site analytics via the GA4 Data API.
  • Vapi — AI voice receptionist calls.
  • Twilio — SMS notifications.
  • Meta Platforms — Facebook Pages and Instagram publishing when connected.
  • TikTok — Content Posting API when connected.
  • MongoDB (cloud) — primary application database.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect any social account at any time from the Content Queue tab, which deletes the stored OAuth tokens. To request full account deletion, email help@adpulsenexus.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Security

All data in transit is protected with TLS. OAuth tokens and API secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never expose access tokens in browser code or logs.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and PIPEDA where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the email below.

7. Children

AdPulse Nexus is a B2B service and is not intended for children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the dashboard.
